we're running windows 10 / office home & business 2010. exchange 2010 server, onsite. recent updates (mid-june, 2017) have caused outlook search fail.  on computers, checking outlook indexing shows indexing complete, 0 (0) items left index; on others, there 100,000 or 20,000 items left index. quick search returns nothing user. i have tried creating new profile, changing whether client uses chached mode or online mode, downloading/not downloading shared mailboxes, no avail. other searches solution show removing suspecting kb's not help.  kb4022719,  kb3203467,  kb3191898 not problem. hello microsoft, solution hi, there several reasons why outlook search feature not working properly. isolate issue, kindly provide following information: when issue start? is search feature works fine before install latest windows update computer? did install latest office updates computer?

office 365.  windows 10.  in older versions of outlook, choose editor behave in word disable "when selecting, automatically select entire word."  reason, has been dropped office 365.   what's wrong?  these word options have been pushed deeper new layer of menus.  they located here: in outlook 365 (desktop) open new mail message. from menu on left, choose "mail"  under "compose messages" section, on far right, there "editor options..." button--click it. find appropriate option here. we developing access database generate email, on hitting button, based on form contents.  every time hit button in access send email, outlook pops warning "a program trying access email address information....." my network closed network, no internet access @ all.  therefore, know there no threats scenario. i know can away changing programmatic access settings in outlook.  however, cannot figure out how if end user not administrator, options grayed out.   right-clicking on outlook , choosing "run administrator" not either. how change these settings standard users?  thanks. hi, have end use using calendar to-do bar in outlook 2013 on windows 7 machine, display regularly missing appointment or two. have tried opening outlook switch "outlook.exe /resettodobar" , although corrects issue short time, issue comes within hour. have tried running full repair of office updates , creating new mail profile on machine, still no luck. missing appointments  can recurring appointments or one-off, , scheduled user or user, no clues there.  also there plenty of room in to-do bar display appointments. use exchange 2010 on-prem , user's mail profile isn't using cached exchange mode. have ideas how can rid of issue once , please?  images below give example of calendar , to-do bar views user missing 2 appointments on 1 day week: the feedback hub app available windows 10 operating system. try checking outlook updates instead. visit this link more information.
