hello, used 2 days ago, ms application "scanpst", have been doing years, in order sort of cleaning of professional outlook on 4 emails (1 professional , 3 personals ). 1 of personal emails after having been scanned scanpst, personal account ended or changed double professional e-mail account oddly pro email account! makes me 2 pro accounts, except content of wrong account not @ up-to-date compared current professional account. folders , subfolders old 2015-2014 , 2016, on other hand, personal account folders , subfolders, have disappeared. when go accounts on outlook, personal account still there old professional files , subfolders. how weird! when go documents / outlook. files, account still there current capacity 2 days ago. how can recover personal account folders , subfolders in?? in waiting, thank you. bernard hi bernard, there possibilities issue on account caused scanpst when scanned it. further isol
