i've read various posts microsoft on problem of outlook app iphones draining battery quickly; however, none of responses helpful, , in fact, didn't acknowledge problem.  ios email app has simple solution, allows tell app how sync server.  in case, sync when view app.  nice if outlook app, has features like, same.  there settings can changed, either in iphone general settings or app specific settings solve problem.  of now, i've deleted app phone battery not deplete quickly. hi. while waiting other community member answer queries, suggest post our feedback hub. may follow instructions on link. thank you. when first open outlook (mac 2016), of mail accounts , folders show in navigation pane. however, when click send & receive, 1 of accounts disappear navigation pane. the mail accounts still listed under preferences>accounts, , when take away grouping option under preferences>general, accounts show in navigation pane; however, in setting account folders not show up.  i have checked imap folders , of folders want see clicked "subscribed." i believe have resolved issue.  under preferences>accounts>setting>advanced>server, can select "sync imap folders ever __ minutes". in order syncing work correctly, must select option of accounts.  Office / Outlook / Mac / Office 2016 for Mac

i have office 2013 pro x32 on win10 x64 system. how can determine total number of calendar entries in calendar? i'm attempting use akrutosync sync outlook (contacts, calendar, task, notes) samsung galaxy s3. in past syncing working without issues. 5 months ago started having issues , after many email exchanges akrutosync support got it (sorta) working still have issues i'm attempting fix. yesterday noticed akrutosync not syncing , discovered on pc side settings identify should sync had been deleted. reidentified should synced , morning see attempted sync. contacts, task show success, calendar shows in progress (now running on 2 hours), , notes show none. on surface seems working , noticed number of items sent/received. calendar - sent 3215, received 0 contacts - sent 2277, received 0 task - sent 0, received 0 notes - sent 0, received 0 i don't use task/notes i'm not surprised see these @ 0/0. in outlook contacts view in bottom left
