hi ,. i renamed 2 days worth of scanned photos in office , no found. i searched everywhere. i have seen question asked before no available solution. hopefully has found way recover photos. i using windows 10 os.  i used office picture manager 2010. clicked ok after rename, briefly saw photos renamed in original folder, went check , neither folder nor pictures there. please help. urgent!!! i using office 2007 until last december, when decided go office 365 family version, or office 2016 seems known.  (office 2007 still installed on pc). i displeased office 365, slow on opening excel , appearance seems dumbed down, continued using 2007, far better.  however, when select office file open, default program office 2016 version, not 2007 version.  i decided uninstall office 365.  after doing this, have big problem outlook 2007.  it won't allow me create, send or receive mail (error = "not implemented").   if select file , right click e-mail it, following error message: "there no email program associated perform requested action .......".  i checked default programs, seem fine. i using gmail accounts profiles set in outlook.  i cannot edit profiles no response clicking buttons. aaaaargh, having log in gmail on line , use mail accounts there, prefer outlook 2007. can help.  i thought of re-installing office 365, microso

after updating windows 10 creators edition (1703), outlook 2016 (office 365 home edition) unable mails office 365 account. tried recreating profile, reinstalling office , many troubleshooting , fixing tools none worked. when try add 365 account outlook profile, message exchange server not available. i can configure account imap mail, lose of benefits of outlook 2016, synchronized calendar. windows version: 1703 home outlook version: 1730 home (build 7967.2139) fixed: it's ipv6. disabling ipv6 solved problem. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3134780/outlook-displays-a-disconnected-status-when-ipv6-is-enabled johanne, i can see images posted autodiscover able locate account fails when connecting it.  last few users helped type issue problem ipv6 not working somewhere on network.  try following kb disable ipv6 , try configuring account again,  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/313
