we use mapi send mail our program. after latest update outlook 2016 (build 7967.2139), have experienced following problem: the first mail sent correctly through outlook. mails after that, fail send. the new mail session created successfully, logon mailsession successful, but the mailsend fails. hi, i'm hoping out there can me... i've purchased new laptop , phone. have 2 business emails use in outlook , trying both set on phone , laptop. 1 has worked no trouble on both devices. other on other hand ... i tried first set on phone via outlook app. directed me sign windows live mail account - i've never had before - , when select manual configuration automatically redirects me signing windows live. i tried put laptop - it's asking me allow windows live access , asking me password have put in 3 times before goes away - tells me can't establish encrypted or unencrypted connection , when manually configure account - add outlook can't access without going through windows live. problem is, wont accept password - everytime enter details (which know correct) pops straight up. email still working no problems on previous laptop. really hoping out there knows how fix i'm losing mind! a hopeful in advance.

we've been having issues messages ending in junk email folder when shouldn't. there 4 computers in same office , 4 iphones accessing account. the problem when move email out of junk, either manually moving or adding sender safe list via "not junk" option in context menu, email goes inbox few seconds gets moved junk email folder. i've tried removing rules , removing safe senders, blocked senders etc junk email options, disconnected phones accounts, shut down outlook clients have access account , still keeps moving messages junk when i've moved them out. i've tried via web app , in single outlook client left connected, same every time. there no rules or blocked senders more, keeps moving them. they seem 2 specific domains, messages fine , others aren't , once in junk folder, there's no way them out! hi sam, at moment, seems normal, thanks.

i accidentally selected of emails in inbox various dates (some ranging year, recent day of) - still in "deleted folder." issue is, there 50-60 emails , not sure how find them have close 9900 deleted emails in "deleted folder."  my tech support told me there no way sort emails date deleted or check out mass email delete - said needed individually know date of each email and/or subject and/or sender- not. is there no way solve this?  it seems little ridiculous me can't mass recover emails still in folder unless know each individual email. have outlook android installed , it. 1 thing can't find though option turn sync off. understand exchange sends emails real time, , app operates desktop client. if i'm on vacation, want able change manual sync. can't seem find in outlook android. option? i've reverted samsung email client because allow me set sync schedule. seems silly me have switch , forth between apps able control when emails. i have 2 email id's : *** email address removed privacy ***  and *** email address removed privacy ***   attached same exchange server. mails both id's same outlook. i want create outlook rule if name in cc, move email cc folder have created. i created rule condition "where name not in box" , works fine primary email id lets in case zzz.com. rule not work "yyy.com" emails. is there way can move mails cc'd me both email id 1 common rule? the yyy.com emails comes external users. would of great if can solution this. thanks hi ramesh i have tested in environment on outlook 2016, have create rule on both mailbox because when add multiple account same outlook profile can manage rules applied on them separately.  in order achieve have create 2 rules 1 each profile. create folder in 1 of mailbox want move emails create rule on xxx account if xxx cc'd on msg move
