split thread. hi all, exactly same problem existed in outlook 2013: if message sent computer linked same e-mail account , listed among sent items on first computer, looks right. if message sent same computer different outlook profile linked same e-mail account , listed on first outlook profile, problem disappears. so, problem arises if message both sent , listed among sent items on same outlook profile. in other situations, looks fine. even more, if outlook in offline mode, message stays in outbox folder visible attachment icon , correct length. when switched switch online mode, second or less before message moves sent items folder, attachment icon disappears , message length changes 0. suddenly, after installing november update outlook 2013 (kb3101488), in sent items looked fine (attachment icon , message size became visible). because same problem still exists in outlook 2016, believe ms “accidentally” solved problem in outlook 2013

im using shared pop email account (yeah pain).  with windows live mail, had rule set messages came in specific email addresses customers, moved separate folder easier me find.  we upgraded outlook 365 , im having recreate rules.  when doing same rule, comes saying.... i on web site created outlook e-mail message.  did not see 2010 being used instead of 2016.  have 6 messages in outgoing box in 2010.  when try send them, popup saying "is not implemented , cannot send them.  see folders 2010 in 2016 not outbox. i hace confidence did not lose new installation , can uninstall 2010 after 1 fix. how 2016 see outbox? how might 2010 send 1 last time? i guess rewrite messages in 2016. hi, i using outlook 2016 (build 1609 v.7369.2120), 32 bit installed office click-to-run in order use shared activation mode. i'm connected office 365 mailbox email cached. running on new pc, email cache has finished downloading, , outlook believes email has finished indexing. there 35,000 items in inbox alone. by default, outlook 2016 seems impose search result limits of 250. remove limit, can uncheck box in file >> options >> search >> improve search speed limiting number of results shown. increases limit 1000, , creates registry key in hkcu\software\microsoft\office\16.0\outlook\search searchresultscap , sets 0. according documentation can find, searchresultscap should take value , make new result cap. doesn't. value other 0 forces outlook go original default limit of 250. is there way remove limit, or searchresultscap flag exists determine whether or not "improve search speeds limiting number of results shown
