i have not been able send mails through outlook using my tiscali.co.uk email time, but can receive e-mails. they sit there in outbox , nothing.  still receiving mail fine.  inbox , sent mail boxes small , trying send simple mails.  i have logged on through webmail , got work, use , want use outlook. maybe coincidentally (?), changed broadband/isp @ beginning of month (to vodafone) , mail stopped sending around time old provider (talktalk/fleur) informed. because of change in provider, , not knowing how long able access old e-mail account properly, have in case opened up totally new hotmail.com account (which has worked in initial testing using webmail) expecting solve problems.  no longer use tiscali.co.uk. today have managed set hotmail.com account use outlook (having installed outlookconnector) ) , appears set up, account showing in outlook along old tiscali account.  however, appears can neither send nor receive e-mail in hotmail.com account

a few days ago, started having strange issue outlook.  everything normal on screen, when print email, header (including name on top , to/from/date/re captions) print out in incredibly tiny font.  the tiny font appears in print preview, seems it's related printing format.  same thing happens when printing pdf, demonstrated screen cap below: has run issue?  any idea how solve it?  i have print emails work, , i'd have them non-ridiculous. thanks. hello jared, just confirm, there changes made on computer before concern started happening? there updates applied on windows os or in office apps prior concern? i've created corporate ppt template in ppt2013 , saved .potx file has been placed on shared drive default template.  it turns out majority of corporate users on ppt2010, when open window saying: "the presentation or template have opened not use new powerpoint 2010 template , should converted or replaced" i have opened .potx ppt2010 , resaved it, hoping convert back, doesn't seem case, they're still getting error (technically it's not error doesn't stop working, it's annoying client). any idea how can .potx work ppt2010? thanks.   it sounds though  client may have custom-created template , add-in gives error message when correct template's not in use.  isn't message powerpoint display. to make annoying message stop, you'd need either: - locate , disable add-in (which disable useful functionality client wants keep) - locate , contact add-in's author

i have inserted audio file play during pp 2010 slide. i have inputbox comes (when user clicks on button) input name. also have msgbox comes if name contains other numbers or characters. with both of these boxes, audio stops until user clicks "ok" button on boxes , boxes disappear. i've tried using userform, same thing happens, audio stops. is there way work around this, audio keep playing when boxes come up? don pretty sure msgbox , userforms (even non modal) pause music. don't know way this. i purchased 2 project standard 2016 keys , registered both live account (it let me this, did numerous office 2016 keys). manager of small company, , using 1 account manage keys worked office 2016, not work project 2016. when have users need use project 2016 open application, asks key, input, asks user sign in live account complete activation. since these keys tied account, gives users error when trying complete activation. there not seem way keep these products activated key. i bought $1000 worth of software can't keep activated. office 2016 seems fine this, yet project 2016 not. there absolutely no indication on either microsoft's or newegg's page software required individual live accounts activate. extremely frustrating. how can activate these while keeping product keys on own account, stay activated when user closes , reopens project? i stopped receiving email on outlook 2016 (o365 home), , there single new message in inbox:  "reconnect outlook 2016 or outlook 2013 outlook.com uninterrupted email access".  re-installed eas account (which had been 1.5 years).  no dice.  no mail, calendar, or contacts.  re-installed second time imap account, , mail, again no calendar or contacts.  three different microsoft "partner" techs tried via chat (no more phone support apparently) , failed return outlook 2016 original functionality.  tried office online repair utility, included re-install of o365.   still no mail using eas settings, , mail imap settings.  i’ve tried numerous other server settings myself.   outlook 2016 ran more year using server setting “eas.outlook.com”.   my outlook.com meanwhile  working perfectly.   i’d have eas (or outlook.com) drive outlook 2016 can 1.5 years.  i read today on non-microsoft site o365 home no longer supported eas.  correct?  if so,
