hi, using windows 10 , outlook 2016 bringing email in icloud using apple add outlook. this has worked 2 months+. few days ago syncing between outlook , icloud stopped. originally open outlook , icloud emails arrive within 10-30 seconds. week ago, elapse time become couple of minutes. and, and last couple of days no emails being downloaded icloud account. i can go in remotely , read/respond emails on my icloud account., not why replaced apple windows laptop. in outlook frame, comment @ bottom bar says 'connected' , when try 'send/receive folders' can see happening. however, when check icloud account; nothing has been synched. any suggestions appreciated. thank you i've had same issue too. try check email using outlook 2016 , checks isp provider email , hotmail fine, when comes icloud email won't let me log in on there , use same password/username via iphone , works fine.

i had reinstall , repair microsoft office professional 2016.  once got , running, of emails (including in safe senders list) being sent straight junk folder.  these emails have subject line such following: "** spam ***re: dwysni, check out super deal dish" although emails not spam , many persons in safe sender's list.   this started happening other day.  prior that, outlook email disconnecting exchange server , had repaired , reinstalled. i have reviewed , revised junk mail options nothing seems working.  is else having problem.   ***post moved moderator appropriate forum category.*** Office / Outlook / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

i have more 1 email account linked outlook (previously, @hotmail.co.uk) account. updated while ago no problems. found 1 account active not updating since 11 may 2017. have tried syncing , updating no success hi kevin, there many reasons why account or folder not updating or syncing. isolate concern, we'll needing additional information: did receive error messages when updating or syncing? can clarify if specific folder or account 1 not updating? which version of office 2016 using? office 2016 home , student, office 2016 business or office 2016 home? we forward response. hi, i have windows 7 installed in computer , using outlook 2016 uses third-party mailing services. mailing service connected through connector developed same mailing service company.  there shared (public) folder in outlook shared more 8 users. whenever try accessing folder outlook crashes , not respond. if chance able access , if open mail, can see title of mail , body blank. what connector? who mailing service? has mailing service updated software? i purchased office 365 home subscription windows 10 on 03/17/17 , subsequently upgraded 2016 versions of word, powerpoint excel, etc.  i received error message in these apps when trying "insert >> icons" in powerpoint.  icons new feature in apps allow 1 use pre-drawn black , white symbols of everyday objects (e.g., dogs, headphones, forks, etc.)  it's .svg file extension , library stored online. after 1 week of frustration , hours upon hours of speaking level 2 , level 3 microsoft desk personnel, here fix: error message: cannot find https://hubblecontent.osi.office.net/contentsvc/content/download?provider=microsofticon&filename=document.svg fix: make internet explorer default web browser.  microsoft products depend upon internet explorer access online library.  it throws error when google chrome default browser.  i know... me too. microsoft uninstalled , reinstalled office 365, tooled windows 10, uninstalled , reinst
