hello, hope can me have problem outlook 2010 driving me mad! had old hotmail account quite childish (didn't all), set alias email address. year, started receiving stupid amounts of junk mail old email account decided rid of once , all. when set outlook old email address. though have changed accounts on in outlook , have deleted reference old email address still have following problems: 1: sent emails randomly display old email address (even though have selected new email address in 'from' box) - know emails sending, i'm not sure if recepient sees old email address or not (when send test myself, shows new email address, though sent message shows old email address?!) 2: when add new items in calendar show old email address - again i'm not sure email address invited attendees see 3: if recepients seeing old email address , reply, might missing replies old email account has been closed down. i've tested on few family members

hello, i subscribed office 365 personal windows 10 pc. installed fine , working expected. i added ios apps on iphone 6 running ios 10.2.1. then added gmail , yahoo email accounts, along outlook.com account sync calendar, people, notes, , tasks. the email accounts working fine, , data files syncing on outlook account fine too. the problem having when set appointment in outlook on pc , gets synced iphone, shows meeting cannot edited, etc., deleted. but, when set appointment on iphone, shows appointment on pc client. further, if edit appointment on pc created on iphone, gets changed meeting on iphone only, not pc. any appreciated. thanks! exchange servers being hosted company or organization, , paid email. outlook.com uses exchange active sync available outlook application pcs, not iphone. let know if have other concerns. split thread. i having same problem group function greyed out.  i inserted png files using insert/picture method.  i have ensured there no placeholders.  i have tried saving 97-2003 format it's greyed out.  i don't see option under insert/shapes drawing canvas? i using powerpoint 2016.  i wanted use morph function seems falling @ first hurdle! edit: checked , let me group 4 not 5 or more.  i trying group 7 pictures.  is limit 4?! edit2: process of elimination worked out 1 of pictures not group @ all.  i deleted , repasted slide (used copy/paste slide inserted png to).  then worked.  i have no idea original problem was, used same method.  any ideas? the drawing canvas function available in word, not in powerpoint. since using powerpoint, i'm creating separate thread question. when setting meetings in other time zones, outlook displays time in whatever local time equivalent be. for example, 2:00pm cdt shown 12:00pm in vancouver, pdt. is there option display time set in non-local time? or @ least have time zone displayed part of time in calendar? hi, i bought new laptop running win10 , installed office 365.  probably people i'm regular user of outlook during day.  imagine horror when find shortcuts access commands such delete when working on column listing of emails has disappeared! here pics show mean:   this in outlook 2016 on older machine running win7.  hover mouse on email message , cross appears per pic above can delete it.  fantastic , saves loads of time. on new machine it's gone , has moved other side of screen part of toolbar, in yellow again.  see pic below.  hovering on email message doesn't bring up. does know how remove toolbar on right (highlighted in yellow)  and restore shortcuts message column in pic one? i've checked running same versions of outlook on both machines , am.  the version is: outlook 2016 mso (16.0.7571.7095) 32-bit if knows how change toolbar, i'd grateful know because annoying have lost new install. many

hi, we use categories extensively on our contacts have noticed if forwards new contact categories assigned, these stripped out recipient never sees them. we using same exchange domain. is there way set registry value or option in exchange maintain categories when forwarded an outlook contact? there not seem obvious. thanks.
