i use track changes feature in outlook 2016 when replying email.  when insert text in body of original received email outlook automatically puts in initials in brackets. type in comments.  works great.    i can't figure out following: how do/can change color of track changes comments?  it's blue , not identifiable.  change color red , possibly bold in word when using track changes.  when delete text in original email the text deleted versus when using word text crossed out.  there way outlook behave same way word does?  thanks hi jeff1803, here answers 2 questions: 1. in outlook, there no such track change comments feature. similar feature using preface comments , can’t same track change comments in word. not change color or change bold. 2. outlook , word different applications, there different features in them. understand wanted have same feature in editing email message editing cont

i created photo slideshow in powerpoint. in 1 image inserted arrows. can save document, , reopen...arrows fine, ok. but, when add new photo presentation , update, arrow disappears original image , end on black slide @ end of presentation!  the same happend t o image put on top of image. disappeared , showed on black image @ end...what went wrong? edit photo album (sadly) remakes whole album , changes make lost (or moved end) a workaround create new album slides added , copy paste them in. hello- i noticed of sudden "archive" folder has appeared above inbox folder in outlook 2016. looks it's showing in outlook online well. we not archive here , don't recall creating folder. know see "archive" tool bar button don't utilize this. i've tried remove/delete "archive" folder no go away. not have items within folder. can explain whether or not there way remove folder , purpose of don't think used see tool bar button in past office 2013. i'm email administrator here, more curious whether users have folder , whether can (or should) remove folder? thank you, lori 50 gb , microsoft upping 100 gb. may few months before rolled out everyone.
