Create different views in project - Microsoft Community


hello everybody!

i working on project need plan maintenance of 30 cars in 5 work stations. purpose need work 2 different views in ms project: 1 taks classified car , other view tasks classified per work station (being able see each work station independent gantt chart). have created gantt chart grouping tasks car , need add view work station. have thought create project each work station, since way have independent gantt chart each one, don't know how combine 2 views in same file.

it looks getting comfortable bar styles - thing.  two comments assist:

  1. to see red, blue, , orange bars rolled bars, need create separate, new bar style each of them.  you copying each of 3 bars have , adding ",rolled up" after flag in "show-for" cell.
  2. when have more 1 bar style who's "show-for" filter satisfied, bar style lowest on list on top of others, possibly hiding them.  take care in specifying "show-for" filter.  use "not..." criteria try make each bar style exclusive.  then won't need shuffle list.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
