we small group of volunteers publish weekly newspaper using microsoft publisher. have workstation windows 10 on , 1 windows 7. line spacing set identical on both workstations when documents printed line spacing different. can compensated adjusting line spacing 1 1.082 on workstation windows 10 on it

but files not interchangeable 1 workstation next. obvious solution upgrade windows 7 10

however computer windows 7 old upgrade, there solution problem. selected topic word not using job problem same

as of win8 ms changed font sizes. if replace win10 fonts win7 fonts should find text boxes same size. suggest changing out font use in text box test solution. save new/win10 font in case not work.

july 2015 - reference: publisher 2007 , publisher 2013 paginates differently: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/office_2013_release-publish/publisher-2007-and-publisher-2013-paginates/2ff3812a-5874-46dd-8c57-87aa3f86a321 - tested , documented thread showing text rendering issue continues in win10, limited pub 2013 , 2010. if install pub 2007 or 2003 in win10, win8, win7, winvista or winxp files still render text same , cross os compatible.
