message deleted by transport agent, event: LED=550 4.3.2 - Microsoft Community


i waiting email verification code *** email address removed privacy *** after signing visual studios account. have run message trace see why email not being delivered , given following message:

led=550 4.3.2 queue.transportagent; message deleted transport agent

i have looked error , saying message being stuck in queue, resolve unfreeze queue. however, in order need exchange toolbox or exchange management, no longer exists office 365 since eac came about. yet haven't found queue viewers in eac can manage , unfreeze queue.  

my spam filter set @ 'bypass spam filters'. have whitelisted domain, , have set connection filter allows ip address domain come through. however, after running message trace, email still being dropped.

any insight on why happening?

according description, have try many settings on side. confirm again ‘bypass spam filters’ settings. did mean have created transport rule bypass spam filters? if so, when resend verification email or change email address receive verification emails, issue persist?
