In Microsoft Outlook 2016 When sending an email I get a message: - Microsoft Community


hi,

i have outlook 2016, , have configured email account , downloads email no problem.  however, when want send email or reply email, message: "no valid email accounts configured" , go through steps of configuring email account, restart outlook , try send email , same message again. looked @ forum related none of suggestions working me. need urgently. 

is company email account configured pop/imap?
