Inability to remove an entry from Outlook 2013 address book - Microsoft Community


i have problem entries in address book; recall inputted via old blackberry phone no longer have.

attached screenshot shows problem; suggestions.

may know if using outlook exchange server account?

if use outlook exchange server account, address book list include global address list (gal). gal contains names , email addresses of has account exchange server , configured automatically exchange.
