Best Practice Question Online Exchange In-Place Archive - Microsoft Community


hi everyone,

we having bit of headache @ moment, though not big of one.

we full on o365 , use skype pstn, e3 , e5 licenses, online exchange, etc.

well couple of our users have reached 50gb maximum inbox.  so i've enabled in-place archiving them , has propagated on outlook/web outlook.

but here's question, best, efficient way go archiving users older emails? 

through web outlook nightmare , not designed moving mass amounts of emails.

i'm downloading 50gb worth of email on computer can archive them.

surely there's better way go this.

again, best practice admins backup user emails?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
