Calendar Preview Next to Inbox - Outlook 2016 for Mac - Microsoft Community


i set preview pane of calendar next inbox. way can see upcoming appointments , meetings.

i found microsoft support article called "keep upcoming calendar items visible" article applies windows users. i'm using outlook 2016 mac.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
