Cannot Delete E-Mail in Outlook 2016 After Switching to Windows 10 - Microsoft Community


hello,

i running windows 10 enterprise , using outlook 2016 (microsoft office professional plus 2016).  have exchange account.  since switching windows 7 windows 10 machine, cannot delete email, file email in folders, or see new email in real time within outlook 2016.  have close outlook 2016 before see message has been deleted, has been filed, or have received new email.  used outlook 2016 in windows 7 , able delete, file, , see new email in real time.   have solution problem? 

i have applied available windows updates except creator's update.  did apply creator's update on previous installation of windows 10.  however, since having issues outlook, machine reformatted. 

i have removed , recreated exchange profile several times, thinking may corrupt, before , after machine reformatted (both times had windows 10 enterprise installed).  uninstalled office 2016 twice.  none of these steps help. 

i can delete, see new mail, , file email fine in owa , on outlook mac , when using win 7 machine.
