Cannot directly book a resource for this meeting - Microsoft Community


i have user experiencing issue when scheduling meeting, after adding attendees, when tries send meeting message pops up.  "cannot directly book resource meeting"

she able so, started have issue. if logs computer, able perform this. 

i have done following steps far. 

removed .ost file

recreated outlook profile. 

repair office.

on of search telling disable/enable cache mode. 

on user can't option grayed out. can't uncheck radio button. 

fyi. when open outlook on safe mode, no error @ all.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
