How to determine our Outlook administrator - Microsoft Community


i need change account name associated 1 of emails in our office, don't have rights feature , no 1 @ work seems know does!

i can log in email account in question, doesn't appear have access either.

wondering whether a) there's easy way change account names or b) how find out person administrator , able make change or give me rights make change!

hi jvreug,

changing office 365 account’s display name in outlook client needs performed office 365 organization’s admin.  this, can’t determine whom admin may contact person provided account or organization’s support.  appreciation on understanding.
