Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community


going 2007 2016.  lot has changed (which doesn't bother me).  have issue maybe there solution to, haven't been able figure out: it seems folders have reside within email account. is there way specify folder outside of account mail different accounts moved to?

like this:

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
