Outlook for Mac (v15.29) is not connecting to my email after - Microsoft Community


my email exchange account in office 365 online forced me reset password. once did, email account in outlook mac (version 15.29) stop connecting. type new password , not recognize it. go online, type exact same password , i'm able login @ email on office 365 online.

what issue?

thanks reporting issue.
please follow steps below , check if these steps resolving issue:

1. make sure quit outlook , other office apps. go keychain access
2. search "exchange" under login --> items , delete
3. search "office" , delete
4. search "adal" , delete
5. launch outlook
6. activation prompt , if account added see password prompt app , adal again. please 2-factor authentication if asked , should able login.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
