Outlook invites - Microsoft Community


when adding invitees calendar invitation in outlook, cursor should jump "to" box when click on "add invitees". cursor reverts last position in invitation rather "to" box. new - working correctly earlier week.

thank post. ask detailed steps on how have created meeting invite (owa or outlook client). can refer article, on how schedule meeting other people.

when adding invitees, please let me know icon have selected between “invite attendees” or “contact attendees” show on screenshot below:



regarding “my cursor reverts last position in invitation rather "to" box”, can provide screenshots understand scenario.

please provide following information narrow down problem:

1. the detailed outlook version, , specify if (deferred/current/first release) channel. provide os version details. 

2. try select scheduling assistant , check if  can assign attendees.

3. issue occurs in owa.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
