Outlook password - Microsoft Community


hi there,

i having issues outlook 2011 on imac.

it refuses remember password - when adding account, before have left screen password appears empty (see screenshot attached)

every time quit/reopen outlook asks password, despite me repeatedly selecting "remember password"

can help?!

i have since changed settings outgoing server use incoming server info , following error message:

oh gosh feel silly - didn't realise there such newer version of office (when spoke microsoft directly told upgrade purchase whole package) have done update , problem has been resolved!

thank advice sam, sorry such simple solution, should've thought of earlier!

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
