People Pane dropdown in Outlook 2016 doesn't show account settings - Microsoft Community

does have idea why "account settings" missing in dropdown menu of view->people pane?

outlook social connector 2016 running.

maybe has problem facing on outlook.com. whenever try click on "connect social networks" error message:
