Problem with search function in Outlook - Microsoft Community


have upgraded office 2016. search function outlook not working @ all. frustrating. have tried recommended indexing option has not solved problem @ all.

to assist better concern regarding outlook, please answer few things:

  • did problem start after upgrading?
  • are able type in search bar?
  • do error messages when try search in outlook?

try open outlook in safe mode , check whether problem still present. click link find out how can open office programs in safe mode.
