Video inserted in ppt presentation won't play in cell phone - Microsoft Community


i created ppt presentation , inserted video in it.

the video inserted in ppt presentation plays correctly in pc.

i uploaded cell phone (lg).

the ppt presentation opens without problem.

the video plays correctly outside ppt presentation.

but when video clicked inside ppt presentation won't play.

i uploaded ppt presentation , video in same folder in cell phone.

how can make video play when clicked inside ppt presentation in cell phone?

thank prompt response.

to resolve issue, suggest removing powerpoint app android phone. restart mobile phone install app again.
