hi 

i can't switch off working off line thefore not receiving email .

i have tried file,account setting, ,email , change ,more setting ,advance ,but can't find ant off line options 

also error message 0x8004210b

thanks 

0x8004210b indicates outlook timed out waiting reply server. mail provider , type of account (e.g., pop, imap, exchange) using connect mailbox?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
