OUTLOOK 2016 WON'T OPEN...ERROR MESSAGE DISPLAYED - Microsoft Community


this started before christmas.  came work 1 day, clicked on outlook icon do, , got error message:

i have run office repair tool several times no avail.  have run scanpst.exe on file no avail.  have installed office 365 , didn't change anything.  i'm @ wits end this.  using outlook.com inefficient, it's ridiculous, it's not viable option, although that's can @ moment. 

someone please help!  i'm desperate right can't begin describe it.  hopefully, i've provided need here, if there's else, let me know.

i need add this.  issue problem boss's computer!  started when added hotmail both of our outlooks.  first thing happened of our rules disappeared.  boss has on thousand, bad.  can't open e-mail @ true disaster.  , thought things couldn't worse!  well, have.

please!  please respond can fix problem on both computers.  i'm running program repair office on computer now, don't know results, know it's related having added hotmail accounts , exchange being in mix somehow.  both have office 365, too.

this mess!!!  not great way start out 2017!!!!
