Cannot open a shared calendar in Outlook 2016 for Mac - Microsoft Community


hi

i having problem:

however work arounds not work me. personal user trying add google calendar private url. not have option uncheck 'group inboxes' , there no shared calendars available me.

i have outlook mac v15.33 (170403)

i have 4 email accounts, including gmail one, setup via imap. 

any appreciated.

first of all, i’d know more details shared gmail calendar. calendar in gmail account?

 

if yes, recommend upgrade outlook client later version.  recently, have released new feature called google preview synchronizes gmail account’s calendar outlook client. @ time, google preview published in version 15.36 (insider fast channel).

 

if gmail calendar not in gmail account, please import calendar gmail account in web application , configure gmail account on outlook client via google preview see if helps.

if don’t want upgrade outlook client insider fast channel, it’s not feasible import gmail calendar outlook client. please wait feature published current channel.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
