I am unable to delete or reply to any email. - Microsoft Community


outlook 2016 mac no longer allowing me delete or reply emails.    when hit delete or use delete menu item, goes next email.   if try reply email, nothing happens.  if open email in separate window , hit reply closes email.

how fix this?

hi rob,

 

glad hear issue resolved creating new profile. our experience, issue related old profile corruption.

 

if don’t use on computer folders in outlook , can see items under new profile, can delete old profile. suggested preventing data losing. however, if have on computer folder under old profiles, need firstly items. after importing items new profile making sure items there, can delete old profile.

 

there no such tool repair such issue @ time. since issue resolved, suggest monitor , let know if issue occurs again.
