mac for outlook - unable to accept new password after password change - Microsoft Community


mac client outlook version 15.30 - 

1. changed work password. work single sign-on

2. other apps accepted new password except outlook mac

3. mac client keeps prompting me work's single signon window

4. web client , mobile client works fine

5. windows email client works fine

mac client not

update: seem have fixed problem removing domain name in account preferences. interesting thing user name had email id different. replaced sso user name , worked.
