MS Outlook 2016 (Office 365) for MAC - Could not synchronize - Microsoft Community

we have vp here using mac , getting above error:

error:

 "could not synchronize record: catch exchange server"

details:

"the occurrence couldn't found 

error code: 

-19818 

it sounds meeting invite can advice?

hi paul,

 

according error message, seems outlook mac client can’t connect exchange server or can’t items such calendar items. given situation, recommend create new outlook profile fix issue. here article reference:

note: please email data doesn’t exist in server side.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
