Outlook 2013 - The email view keeps changing on the group email - Microsoft Community


we monitor 2 emails. 1 personal email , other department common email. prefer view emails preview pane below, , left right from, subject, received, size attachment etc. 

in personal mail view remains , not change. in department common email view keeps changing preview pane disappears, order of different columns etc.

over time believe occurring because 1 else in department changing view on screen , view on screen changes.

is there way retain view in department common email on each screen based on individual preference.

continuous changing of view results in lot of wasted time.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
