Outlook 2016 Version 1704 is broken! - Microsoft Community


march update outlook no longer launch if using pop3 account pst. was fixed in version 1703 (build 7967.2161). 1 of our computers updated version 1704 (build 8067.2115) , once again outlook won't launch. reverted version 1703 , well. there needs better method testing these updates prior release!

if have downloaded version 1704 , outlook doesn't work. suggest run office repair tool. issues outlook resolved running office repair. process scan , correct issues files or configurations may causing issue. run office repair, can follow steps on link.
