Problem after extending Office365 subscription with Outlook calendar - Microsoft Community


i've extended office 365 subscription. can no longer access in outlook icloud agenda nor icloud contacts. no problem emails. when clicking on icloud contacts or agenda reads: "the set of folders cannot opened. information store not opened." ideas how going again? thanks.
