Send Email to Multiple Office 365 Groups - Microsoft Community


need send single email multiple office 365 groups.  many contacts belong multiple groups.  if add multiple groups email, recipient receive multiple emails if belongs more 1 group?  can new contact group created existing contact groups avoid having add individual contacts?  what "best practice" accomplish this?

the recipient receive multiple emails if belongs more 1 group because every group deliver emails sent members. that’s how office 365 group works.

1. create new office 365 group.

2. click add members button , type existing group’s name or email address in search box.

3. click when there search result matches , click save.
