Unable to login in to Office365 Mail on Mozilla Firefox browser - Microsoft Community

can help?

i unable login office365 mail if try login through mozilla firefox. have checked on 2 different computers , same problem last couple of days. on same computers can login when using chrome or internet explorer.

i need use mozilla though.

the information when trying log in says:

sorry, we’re having trouble signing in.

we received bad request.

service health dashboard has indicated issue mo101708 has been resolved of: tuesday, may 16, 2017, @ 8:36 pm utc. if still experiencing issue, please let know may indicate either scoping issue or independent problem.
