Unable to send PDF using Outlook 2016, giving error message - no - Microsoft Community


"either there no default mail client or current mail client cannot fulfill messaging request"  error message getting when sending pdf attachment directly adobe acrobat clicking on email icon.

however, can send attachment outlook.  the odd thing if create email account (gmail) through adobe acrobat, works , ms outlook doesn't. 

i have tried uninstalling/reinstalling office , adobe, repairs, removing outlook registry key , nothing works!

if you’re people, have more 1 email program on computer. can make outlook one-stop center sending , receiving email, storing contacts, , scheduling appointments. kindly follow steps below:

  1. open outlook.
  2. on the file tab, choose options > general.
  3. under start options, select the make outlook default program e-mail, contacts, , calendar check box.
  4. click ok.

please post status of issue. glad assist further.
