Searching Shared Mailboxes in Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community


we have office 365 linked our outlook's , created new shared mailbox not indexed unable search it. have tried community suggestion on un-checking "cached exchange mode" give me search makes cant check email box while offline.

is there index new .ost shared mailbox create's?

thank information. correct way add shared mailbox going file > info > account info > account info > data files tab > select email > advanced tab.

 

regarding error “search performance impacted because outlook not configured indexed windows search service” please check if outlook included in indexing options. can refer on article.
