Cant drag scroll bar up anymore - Microsoft Community


in sent items have searched e-mail 600 or down list, review e-mail , wish top. used dragging right hand (in red) top of page - screen jumps searched e-mail. way can top click through hundreds of pages. why microsoft useless @ testing software - worked until last surface pro update. thought surface pro designed run microsoft programs - joke! work better on mac!
