Change the default Standard Color strip in Outlook - Microsoft Community

how can change default standard color strip in outlook 365 (within email)?

first let me use dark red  color time it’s company’s font color.

after last update, dark red change looks regular red.

now default under standard colors looks 2 reds    

i can pull dark red going under “more colors” pain because can set default.

can change default of standard color strip?

could provide more details on “standard color strip”? since mentioned “my company’s font color”, i’d inform font color automatically record latest color use. since want use specific color in “more colors…” type words in email text, please perform following steps change default color:

1. click icon next automatically color:


2. click “more colors…” select desired color.

3. click icon again, notice color displayed in recent colors. click on color selected , replaced color next icon. when want change text color want, click on  icon.
