Email incoming messages - Microsoft Community

of email on desktop coming in without images. there "x" images used be. lowered computer security setting , restarted computer still not getting images unless want "view in browser".  my email comes in thru our microsoft exchange. on laptop there no problem on desktop.does anybody have thoughts of how incoming email has created filter on 1 computer? i have windows 7 , outlook 2010

to show images on outlook desktop, kindly follow these steps:

1. open outlook 2010
2. open new email
3. click "file"
4. click "options"
5. click "mail"
6. click "compose message"
7. click "editor options"
8. click "advanced"
9. scroll down "display email content" , uncheck "show picture placeholders"
10. restart outlook
