laptop updated, now outlook won't open - Microsoft Community


my laptop updated last weekend, , since then, cannot open outlook email. when click icon, starts loading, says effect of "windows  outlook stopped working,  a problem has caused program stop working correctly. windows close program , notify if solution available." click close program , shuts outlook completely. have windows 10 , ms office 2016. tried reinstalling office , problem persists. started right after updates. i'm viewing email mail icon provided windows, however, don't view of things. how outlook work again? thanks.

there number of possible reasons outlook behave way. resolve issue, check out article: outlook not responding, stuck @ "processing," stopped working, freezes, or hangs. follow recommended steps outlook work again.
