ms outlook 2013 rule - Microsoft Community


i created rule moves emails own folder based on subject line. there 1 problem randomly doesn't work. guessing there is special invisible character or have no idea. copy subject line , paste search mailbox it finds email. however, when paste rule box no other conditions fails find it. there solutions?

the failure on rule outlook 2013 can affected incorrect system settings. isolate concern we'd ask following:

  • which outlook version using? click link identify.
  • have made recent changes on device prior concern?
  • what troubleshooting steps you've performed resolve concern?
