i "pushed" outlook 365 upgrade imac today. when installed , re-launched outlook, refused open , gave me following error message:

i searched on-line , found message stating needed create new profile (which did). outlook opens under new profile, of setting, messages, folders found. when go , try open original profile, gives me error message again.

how go re-linking previous profile (with filed emails, messages, etc)?

i'm running following:

macos sierra ver. 10.12.4

outlook mac ver. 15.31.170216

and yes, have office 365 paid subscription.

thank in advance assistance can provide.

run auto-updater. 15.31 not latest version of outlook: it’s 15.33. have no idea why mac reverted version (you might have network administrator pushed installation of specific version remotely).

the page lists updates convenience. updates still hosted microsoft.
