NO SUPPORT/ DISCONNECTED THE REMOTE/NO CASE NUMBER PROVIDED - Microsoft Community


i

i called regarding office 365 pro plus ,outlook issue .i located in europe.

two of technicians working on computer on thursday and disconnected remote after not able resolve issue .they connected remotely 40 mins & 1.2 hours , made several changes on computer not required.first 1 usa & second 1 philippines.

i tried complaining several times calling no 1 created case number.i not able use email on windows app after technician disconnected remote.no clear info given me @ point of time

the worst part of story customer representatives not filing complaints , not creating cases.

after several calls able case number : xxxxxx.

even case closed without informing me without logs.

third representative pooja , bangalore (india) did not reopened the case , asked contact online support

number called : xxxxx

microsoft customer service direct - xxxxx - hours 5 am
til 9 pm pst time (usa) - saturday , sunday, 6:00 – 3:00 pm 
pst time (usa). in canada, call xxxx.

 they did not fix ether problem. have been dealing rude technicians .how computer working again ?

thank contacting,but have resolved issue installing thunderbird on client machines , configuring same email on domain @**** on **.** hard believe microsoft representatives not able add google settings correctly .
