Outlook 2010 is not honouring the default mail id - Microsoft Community


i m trying set outlook 2010 use default email id.but not honouring default mail..

i tried upgrading reg entries..but didnt work!!

secondly want set different id different purpose i.e. newsletter want different id used outlook m unable find answer.

about issue, please answer question:

  • are using email client  or using via outlook.com?

try uninstall of email client. if doesn't work. please check link change account settings in outlook or can switch email outlook profile.

we'll looking response.
