Outlook 2016 Contacts - Notes - Microsoft Community


hi,

i have outlook 2016 windows 10.

task:

unfortunately when people contacts uploaded/downloaded 2013 office pro 2016 office 2016 "unformatted font". consequently, formatting each contact notes segment manually - switching no spacing - "wide lines & data" corrected.

question: there way set default w/in contacts - notes format?

i apologize if duplicate question. searched question , did not find answer.  thank help.

please note this question applies both msft office 2016 or office 365 home. store downloaded both. please not focus on portion of question. noticed existed on both software updates. categories lost well. i'm not worried these - had many of these....

to resolve concern, may import contacts via .pst files. kindly follow steps on import email, contacts, , calendar outlook .pst file article.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
