have issue in outlook 2016.

it shows outlook detected com add-in problem decreases performance of outlook or crash outlook.

it shows microsoft rms add-in , add-in caused outlook start slowly.

let me know solution , root cause of problem.

regarding outlook issue, happened due third party add-ins. resolve issue, suggest disable add-ins. can follow steps on link: add-ins user re-enabled after being disabled office programs.

if outlook keeps on crashing, suggest run outlook in safe mode , try disable add-ins. can follow steps on link: open office apps in safe mode on windows pc.
